All orders are shipped via USPS. Faces365.com ships only to the US. Orders totaling $75 or more will receive free standard shipping unless otherwise advertised. Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days, but if there is a delay, we will let you know, and let you know when you might expect your package. Please be sure that your billing address is the same as the address that your credit card company has on file. Non-matching addresses may cause your transaction to be declined by our bank.
We hope that you will love your order! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer refunds on any products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Oops! Accidents do happen. If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please submit your Return Request within 72 hours of receiving the package. Items returned without first submitting a Return Request are not eligible for refund.
To request a refund, please log on to faces365.com and go to My Account. Go to Completed Orders and click on Return Items next to the item(s) you wish to return. Fill out the Return Form, then click Submit Return Request. We will respond to your request within 72 hours.
If we issue a return authorization, please ship your return to us at Faces365 Spa, Attn: Web Returns, 10441 Fairway Dr, Roseville, CA 95678, within 5 business days of receiving your return approval. Please include your packing slip and Return Authorization number. We recommend using a USPS trackable service to return your package, or another trackable courier (UPS or FedEx), that can be traced should the shipment be lost. Faces365.com cannot be responsible for return shipments not received.
If your order included a special offer, such as a Gift with Purchase, and you are returning one of the items that qualified you for the offer, please include the Gift with your return to receive a full refund. Gift items not returned will have their value deducted from the refund amount. Any free samples included with your order are yours to keep and enjoy.
Upon receipt of your package, we will inspect the item. If the product is eligible for a return, you will be issued a refund for the product only. You are responsible for shipping costs unless we shipped an incorrect, damaged or defective product. You will receive an email confirmation when your item is refunded. It can take up to two weeks to process the return and credit your account. Your financial institution may take approximately seven business days to reflect the return transaction after we have issued it.
